About the Company

Since the inception of our company in Connecticut founded in 1963, Westfair Restoration Services has specialized in residential and commercial fire, smoke, soot, water, vandalism, and odor damage restoration. We are not a franchised company that changes hands every few years, but a stable family owned and operated business for more more than 30 years.

Westfair Restoration Services is the only cleaning company exclusively in this field. In recognition of our expertise, we have been placed on the approved contractor list for most of the major insurance companies. All of our project managers and crew chiefs are available on a 24 hours a day, 7 days week emergency basis and are accessible throughout the course of every job to make reports to the adjuster and homeowner, and to answer any questions you may have.

Our crews have been specifically trained in all aspects of fire, smoke, water, and odor damage restoration. All project managers and crew chiefs are trained and certified by:

International Institute of Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning (IICUC)
Association of Cleaners and Restoration Specialists (ASCAR)
National Institute of Fire Restoration (NIFIR)
New England Institute of Restoration and Cleaning (NEIRC)

Crews are equipped with the latest state of the art equipment, supplies, and diagnostic testing tools. All aspects of cleaning - including building, contents, deodorization, power drying, power washing, and plant cleaning of draperies are covered by our personnel. Complete storage facilities are available for extreme emergency and evacuation situations. We are also equipped with both portable and mounted power units with emergency generating capabilities for on-site cleaning of carpets and upholstery.
